i have found the problem myself this morning
it's not "multiuser installs problem" nor "rpm version problme", it's
the THEME !

by default, redhat71 brings me mozilla 0.7, and i installed a theme that
i like
everything's cool until i upgraded to 0.9.6 and then got that error
message

this moring, i tried to "rm -rf .mozilla" and restart it (with common
user)
NO MORE ERROR MESSAGE, it's working !

but after i installed another theme, the same problem came again !!!
i guess i just have to live with the default theme for now :-(

thanks any way
