You need to run it with a command line argument pointing to the
directory where the downloaded files are to be found. I know, it's
rather thick of the Setup program not to look in its own directory
before hitting the internet, but that's how it is.
I think the option is -a so try this:
cd "\program files\Netscape6\Setup" [ or wherever ]
N6Setup -a.
If that doesn't work, N6Setup -h will give you a help screen.
