This is an old easter egg that has been in there for ages. It is in
0.93, albeit in a cut down verion ('Mozilla Rules', no formatting)

Dunno, these are kinda debug options though. I know people like to see
lists of different things that are all accessed in the same way, but
sometimes the method of access becomes more important than the data that
is provided. For example, the -console switch is a very useful debugging
tool, but wouldn't be in a list about about:
