this html caused my machine to crash

Hi this is a page I got from http://collegeboard.com
I cant give you the online version because I would have to give you my 
login and password. My daughter is going to college.
I have since update my video driver and it seems to have fixed the problem.
I have mozilla 0.9.5 on win98se
I have a ibm thinkpad a20p with:
ati mobility 128 agp
my drivers were:
m6.30.4-T01
They are now after the update:
m6.31.80-T01

I think the lock up has to do with the horizontal hached bar across the 
screen.
