I've had no trouble connecting. That "Connection was refused" message 
usually comes up due to server overload, not as a browser problem, 
although it's extremely disconcerting when it just happens to fail to 
connect when you're using your favorite browser. That sight probably saw 
a lot of traffic today.

And at least Segway is a lot less, uh, challenging to use than the South 
Park version of IT....
