:What would you prefer it to say? Most of the time the server is up, so proxy :settings are the most common culprit when people can't reach the server. For :those times when the server really is down "try again later" is about all :you can say. Just a bit of explanatory text for the second possibility: "Either your Proxy Server settings are incorrect, or the Talkback server is not responding. Please check your Proxy Server settings or try again later." Maybe it's up most of the time, but it does seem to be down quite a bit lately ...
