Are you using Quick Launch? If so it might be a bug with Quick Launch
and you should probably report it or look to see if it has already been
reported... Disabling Quick Launch may fix your problem, and it is not
that much slower(still loads for me in 3-5 seconds and is actually
faster w/o Quick Launch since there at least used to be a bug(may or may
not be fixed) that Quick Launch doesn't respect Component launch
preferences...).
