For RedHat, Install the rpm package mozilla-psm-{version} and it
should fix it.

After installing psm, you need to exit all mozilla windows and restart
mozilla.  You can verify that it works by looking under
Edit->preferences, Privacy and Security, and there should be a few
extra items there that weren't there before like SSL, Certificates,
etc.
