Hi, I am running on a Win2000 machine. Every time I try and build I fail with a "'cat' is not recognized as an internal or external symbol, command, or batch file" error. I tried searching my system and I can't find a "cat.exe" or "cat.bat" program, which leads me to believe I have left something out of the build environment. Which part of the build installs a cat program and where may I find this mysterious "cat.exe" file?
