The thing is that it has taken a while to write all the stuff that is 
needed. And to fix the bugs that pop up.
0.x isn't an excuse, it _is_ the beta. and 1.0 isn't too far off.

And I think mozilla 0.x is tons better than IE anyways.
used it since 0.6, and Netscape 4.x before that.
