*D'Oh!* (I *knew* I saw that somewhere...)

I'm not sure if it's just one bug...seems like a compilation of several,
and I haven't had time to search Bugzilla for relevant entries--kind of
waiting for the redo of the search form to be done. For as long as I've
been using Moz (M14?) there seems to be a lot of regression between
milestones and then, just in time for the next milestone, things get
fixed, mostly.

Specifically there's a badly written perl-script-generated chat app I
have to use on a client's extranet. It runs as forms in frames. I don't
have the liberty of fixing the script, but I *am* trying to get a copy
of it to post for test-case purposes. Some of the issues have involved
accented characters getting messed up or lost when submitted (I think
the script probably specifies Win-1252 which screws up the Mac and *nix
users, as well as those chatting in languages other than English), or
"sticky" data not sticking. This time it's something completely new:
Hitting the submit button in the message posting frame form causes that
frame to re-render so that it stretches beyond the frame's margins
(without submitting) every *other* time you submit it (alternating).

Again, I'd like to get a copy of the script and see if I can fix it for
them, but it would be nice if Moz could deal with a sloppy perl script a
little more gracefully.

Also: BLINK tags stopped working. I'm heartbroken! ;-)
