Hi all, I've built Mozilla 0.9.6 from sources (mozilla-source-0.9.6.tar.bz2), with the following options:
[15:19:29]rk@ALFA:/usr/local/src/mozilla$ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/opt/mozilla --enable-toolkit-gtk --enable-crypto --enable-java-supplement --enable-extensions --disable-debug --enable-eazel-profiler-support After 'make' it worked fine and it runs, but I have some questions: I do have to cd to /usr/local/src/mozilla/dist/bin and then run ./mozilla to launch it, even if I told to install in PREFIX, why? I linked the /usr/local/src/mozilla/dist/bin/plugins to the directory I have the old version's plugins (/opt/gnome/lib/mozilla/plugins) but it only recognizes the RealPlayer one (rpnp.so) and not the others (Shockwave, Flash5 and IBM-Java 1.3.1) which worked fine with mozilla 0.9.1 I were using before, why? By the way, I'm running a Slackware 8.0 with kernel 2.4.16. Thanks for helping me. -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] ANTI-SPAM: rimuovere "toglimi." per rispondere in e-mail.
