Well to Taras: K-Meleon looks a bit like IE (and is intended to do so), and has the Gecko engine from Mozilla. But an IE chrome... I wonder if anyone would do such a thing (definitly not Netscape, Beonex, etc., and most likely not mozilla.org guys or volunteers).
