I once had a problem with not being able to log into OWA.  After 
scouring Bugzilla for any clue, I finally sent a kind email to my system 
administrator asking him to look into it, thinking maybe it was the 
server or OWA application freaking out on the user agent string. 
Magically a couple days later I could log in perfectly, and haven't had 
a single problem since.

I still don't know what my sysadmin might have tweaked to get it 
working, but it might be worthwhile for you to ask yours.
