I'm looking into using Mozilla as our default mail/web package, and I'm wondering if it's possible to do the following:
- store user profiles in a user's home directory on a network, and have Mozilla look there by default (mapped network drive) - automate the process of creating an account. If the user does not have a profile in home directory, I'd like to automatically create one there with an account already set up for our IMAP server, requiring from the user nothing but a name and password to complete the profile and mail account setup; - home page set to our intranet employee home page; - our ldap server configured as an addressbook source; - lots of other similar customizations like that which I haven't thought of yet :-); Ideally, it would be nice if I could create an install image that would incorporate all these elements. Doable? Thanks! ps - I would prefer to use Mozilla rather than Netscape for this.
