On Mac platform (OS9 and lower) that's within the realm of the Print Driver.

When you open Page set up you have button options (6 of them) (Left
Center Right - Top; Left Center Right -Bottom) you adjust for :

None 
Page Number
Date 
Location 
Title

Doen't work this way on PC's ??
