I figured it out..  Apparently Mozilla doesn't put the Home button on the
navigation toolbar, like Netscape did.  It puts it on the Personal toolbar.
Those of us who don't want to waste the space taken up by the Personal
Toolbar see no difference whether this option is turned on or off.
