I see two newsgroups that are a better fit than general:
netscape.public.dev.xul and netscape.public.beta.feedback.themes .
The xul newsgroup seems especially underutilized; presumably, that will
change as the xul standards are approaching finalization.
I'm not the online police...I'm not offended that nearly everything
goes into general. But, it is easier to keep track when posts go into
the correct pigeon hole!
