Nah, we have plenty of internal criteria for performance. (Uh oh, a big 
conspiracy? Nope. Netscape's release criteria is of no relevance to the 
broader Mozilla community.)  Actually, though, some of it is visible at

Duplicating the "tragedy of the Netscape 6.0 release" has already been 
avoided. I don't know if you've read the glowing Netscape 6.1/6.2 
reviews; I'll presume you have, as it's becoming increasingly evident 
that your arguments are thinning out.
