I think this is the wrong newsgroup (unless Mozilla makes you do things completely differently), but the little I care to know about Javascript comes from msdn.microsoft.com (search for "Windows Scripting Host"). I'm sure there are plenty of tutorials out there on the web that are orders of magnitude more worthwhile than anything MS has though. Search Google.
