As of the 2002011503 build, it appears that the context menu's "Save
Link As" will be fixed to correctly use the filename as the filename,
while File | Save Page As will use the HTML Title as the filename. 

So now, when I want to save an HTML page, I will have to avoid using
File | Save Page As, even though the latter is the natural thing to
use.

It makes me retch.
