Not to jump into the fire, but I feel cold today.....

I do not know how important most end users care about back-forward 
performance.  Of course, some users are going to think it is
important.  If Mozilla has slow forward-back behavior and all
the derivative browsers inherit this (they will as far as I can
tell), then it could affect market share for those browsers.  I
am not telepathic, so I am not sure, but I believe "Nobody Special"
was referring to mozilla in the "all browsers made from Mozilla 
technology" way.  This is like saying "internet" and "Internet" in
my book (one referring to a TCP/IP network and the other referring to 
the place we all surf).  Mozilla means many things to many people.

I do not agree that because back forward is not as fast as other 
browsers that no one will use it.  I do daily and have no issues
with it's back-forward speed (perhaps I am not hitting the bad
pages for this behavior).  Still we are seeing people post about
it from time to time here....
