Aside from being 100% Microsoft oriented (I don't like anything about the current Netscape offering), the article makes little sense. If I were trying to sue someone for damages in a case like this, I believe my position would be infinitely better if I had to stop producing my browser due to the unfair competition than if I cry unfair competition but manage to continue to opereate. Good thing he works for AOL/Time Warner. I suspect that if he worked for Microsoft and made such scathing remarks about their browser, he might be looking for another job.
