But, as usual, you're wrong. That wasn't a feature of NS4 or IE, it was a script
that used the proprietary NS4 <LAYER> tag and the IE proprietary DOM, neither of
which are in Mozilla, which uses the standard W3C DOM. As has been repeatedly
pointed out, the script author has created a new version that uses the W3C DOM,
and will work in _any_ standards compliant browser.
