There's already an IE, it kicked Netscape's ass long ago, so why 
duplicate that effort?  Oh right, we like reinventing wheels 'round

Exactly like NC4.7x oddly enough.  Which is why five years later people 
are *still* using NC4.7x in preference to Mozilla.

more than a handful of *SKINS* around!
