Hello, For no apparent reason, when I tried to launch Netscape 4.7 today it asked me to create a new profile (even though I have a perfectly good one). I tried to go throught its instructions to create another one, but it wouldn't finish...just ended.
I tried again, same results. I read in a posting that deleting the nsreg.dat file in the WinNT directory should do it. When I try to do this, it tells me that it is in use by another process. I can't seem to understand which one could be locking it. I've rebooted, but it is still locked. Ideas?? Thanks in advance, Steve
