I'd like to know if Netscape 6 has a slide filter similar to the one in MSIE 5+ which scrolls a new image on a layer from right to left while pushing the old image (on the same layer) off the viewing container.
Note that this is not an image-swap slideshow, but one that shows part of both images simultaneously until the old one has rolled off the screen, and the new one is parked dead-center in the viewing container. I have a js scroller that can move an image in any direction, but although I call the scrolling subroutine BEFORE the one that writes to the layer, the new image gets replaced too soon. It ends up looking like only the new image has slid from right to left, followed by whitespace. filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Slide(slideStyle='PUSH', bands=1, duration=4) You can see how it works by clicking the "Show Me" button at: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/workshop/author/filter/re ference/filters/revealtrans.asp Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
