For me it was even stranger. First, page was loaded and looked fine. But 
after reload, it showed the html-text in some unicode format, probably 
not recognizing that it is unicode (i.e. it shows 2 symbols for 1 
character). Changing charset manually to UTF-16LE fixes page again.
