I just tried and Ctrl+Shift+W closed ALL windows, just like Ctrl-Q. wtf's the deal with that. Please just fix this so it pops up a confirmation message when you hit Ctrl-Shift-W or Ctrl-Q so that people who are aiming for Ctrl-W don't inadvertently shut down the whole shebang!
