Task /Privacy & Security/ Cookie Manager

Even more options: Edit /Preferences /Privacy & Security/ Cookies

IE and Netscape 4 have no where near the options for cookie management. 
Although I am normally a basher of Netscape, it shines with Cookie 
Management. What more do you want it to do?
