Using win2000. It happens in the 0.97 milestone release with Win2K, too. It's pretty random and not easily reproduced on command, though. Sometimes a second window will work, sometimes it won't. I can't type in the URL field or anything, and I have to close the window. It seems to happen for me most often when I open two or more windows in quick succession. Many times, in that case, one of the windows won't let me type in it.
