This bug was discovered on a nightly build of mozilla just after 0.9.8
(im at school, i dont have the exact number with me) it has been
verified to work for me:
the bug involves the target frame link not appearing on the correct
window when multiple windows are open that have the same frame names:
To explain:
Open a mozilla webbrowser window and go to
www.ple.com.au
then open another mozilla window and go to 
www.provision.mine.nu
on the left hand side there are a bunch of menu items, click on any
(try about us.) if this bug "works" on your mozilla browser, the page
should not work, go back to the ple website and you will see the frame
in the PLE site has changed to the page that should have appeared on
provisions

Very strange, this behavior probably has something to do with the way
frame events are handled, and the coding of the guy in charge of the
provision site:
i did some whois etc on the hosts: they are in diffirent domains
apparently, so i have no idea why this is occuring.

P.s its happening in internet explorer too!!!!
