just to put it simple :

a few months ago i was beta testing windows XP.
Just because i was using something that said Windows XP, it did't mean 
that this was the *actual* windows XP that people are using nowadays. 
It just means that i had windows XP beta or XP release candidate.

It's not the real thing yet.
