And it's going to depend on the spammer, let's remember that this is the
country that arrested Jon Johansen after bowing to pressure from the 
MPAA (because they had previously failed to have him indicted in a 
California court).

Another point is that I receive practically no spam from Norwegian 
companies - it almost all originates in the US.

BTW, I love Norway, that's why I live here.
