Which is where www.bugzilla.org leads you to.

Unless you have an IQ of 150, not many will go through that to find if 
their bug has been reported. Now of course, http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ 
is a lot easier.

Suggestion: Offer a quick search option on the first link I mentioned to 
make it easy to for novices like me and 90% of others to find bugs fast. 
Or better yet slap it right on the index.html page of bugzilla.org and 
then offer the option for advanced search.

The more identical bugs reported, the more it bogs down the Moz project. 
  I think this simple request might save quite a few duplicates from 
being reported.

Just a Bundy suggestion.
