This article, while lucid, is basically wrong-headed. "My mum is a teacher. I want my mum to use mozilla." We don't want your Mum to use Mozilla. We'd like your Mum to use Netscape 6.2.1, or Beonex Communicator. This is better for us and better for her. There are some good points in the article about how we could make things better (given an infinite amount of time), but we do not want to trade power for simplicity in any of our tools and processes.
