problem compiling mozilla

I downloaded the souce by FTP and set all the MOZ_* variables that are 
required before compiling + I installed cygwin tools but the nmake gets 
stopped at some point.(Compiler:VC6,x86). "Bad commnd or file name"...I 
have tried a lot but i could not find which are tose commands it i 
unable to execute. the problem is compiling the file nsprpub/Makefile 
which gets exeuted by gmake.exe. Is there a way to find what are those 
commands or EXE's which are not found by the makefile.
