sorry, I have no idea what the heck this is a screen shot of.  are you 
saying that your browser just comes up this way?  If so, I'd say you 
have something odd from one of your old installations and you need to 
wipe mozilla/NS6 completely off your box and start over.  Maybe you 
installed a later version over an earlier version into the same 
directory in a way that wasn't supported?
