XPCOM is not the same thing as ActiveX.
Mozilla will not support ActiveX controls.

There is no such thing as Mozoffice. It was a
rumor based on some idle speculation on these
newsgroups that got blown out of proportion.

If it's an ActiveX control, no. ActiveX is a huge
security hole, so Mozilla isn't going to support it
natively.
There has been some mention of somebody
working on a plugin that would run ActiveX
controls, but it's not a part of the Mozilla project
and I personally don't know anything about it.

Not quite sure what you mean here. Do you want
a spreadsheet written in browser chrome? That
seems a bit excessive. Or are you confusing XUL
with something else?
