Paged media support in NGLayout/Gecko

The W3 has specified paged media support for
CSS2. Documentation about this can be found at
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/page.html.


What Gecko functionality is currently or soon-to-
be available for rendering HTML to paged media? I
suppose the main question I have is: when can we
expect support for "page-break-inside: avoid".
But the other functionality for pagination and
reporting is important, too.
