in the interest of finding a balance between caution and speed, brendan and I both feel that simple changes to the viewer application need only a single reviewer. since viewer is used primarily by the layout team for testing, I feel like we (the layout team) has the authority to make this decision. let's try this for a while and see if it works. please use your best judgement about what "simple" means. for example, today I approved a trivial leak fix in viewer. this is an idea to increase productivity, not a unilateral decree. so please, if you don't agree, say so. steve
