I have no idea under which rock you're living, but the W3C gives the
option to any user agent to implement own CSS properties if they are
needed for internal use.
Still, of all those "lame" browsers out there with lacking HTML 4 and
CSS 1 features *cough* IE Opera Konquerer ICab*cough*, Mozilla is the
best standard-support wise.
