This group is OK for this issue, I think.
I was trying to see what is going on, but I have a later build (from 4/27/2001)
and the submenus do not pop up at all in either testcase! I don't have a 0.8.1
build right now, but I was wondering if you can test this with a circa-0.9 build
(you can get a nightly build here
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/ - I don't know what your
platform is).
