TABLE layout

I noticed that for some page sizes TABLEs produce strange vertical 
fragments. See www.manga.cz and try to change the width of the browser 
window - every second pixel it's right or broken. Is there a bug for 
this or should I fill one? (BTW - only Mozilla behaves this strange way; 
IE and Opera are fine. Even NN4.7 is fine but really don't use this 
"browser"; 4.77 is in this case much much worse than 4.76)
