Rendering errors

Are other people seeing rendering errors on this page when you look at
it in a window with a small width?
I'm seeing
1) the border didn't fully draw the first time
2) the borders on the table start crossing and generally look weird :)

I'm just wondering if I should file a bug... I'm using build 2001053004
