In IE55 the iframes are implemented in the same way as behaviors are
implemented. This means that iframes are just another element to draw.
Mozilla, however creates a new browser window and windowed controls are
opaque (at least in win9x) and therefore cannot be transparent (or
semitransparent).
The best way for Mozilla would have been to implement the frames correctly
right from the start but frames in Mozilla is like CSS in NN4: BUGGY!
