In this article, it only explains a general rule to layout the table.
Would some one like to tell me the detail rules used by mozilla to layout
the table,
for example:
how to calculate the cell's width, height when none cells are given
them?
how to calculate a table, cell's width, height when colspan, rowspan
are given?
