Alan,
you seem to be building from the 0.9.1 tarball source drop. For an
unexplainable reason, it's missing a couple of files; namely:
xpfe/components/prefwindow/resources/locale/en-US/unix/platformPrefOverlay.dtd
and
xpfe/global/resources/locale/en-US/GlobalOverlay.dtd
Copy these from CVS or another tarball code drop and your build should
be good to go.
