relative to if the table hold it hasn't been assigned with a fixed width. A complicated thing I wondered is that determining the width of cell will possiblely change the width of the table, and this leads me to a mess.And the same thing happens when a table which is assigned with a percent width is inside a cell whose width need be determined by the content it hold.
