It's real life: people forget to put measurement units in CSS definitions.
Or don't know that it is *required*, as neither MS IE nor Mozilla mombs on it.
By the way, Konqueror which I use 99% for my browsing needs, does this trick
as well.
If Mozilla/Netscape ignores "margin-bottom: 8", well, than Mozilla is
clearly left alone :-)
It's better to fix it now until it's too late.
